A very early bottling of St George's maturing distillery spirit from the English Whisky Company, back in the days before their first English single malt whisky had come of age and each release was still given a special Chapter number.

English Whisky Company Chapter 3 is a single cask English malt spirit distilled in September 2007, matured in a first fill bourbon cask and bottled at 46% in April 2009. A fascinating little chunk of English distilling history, showing a work-in-progress English single malt from St George's distillery about halfway to becoming whisky.
