As a Single Estate whisky, Filey Bay whisky crafted from field to bottle using 100% homegrown, regeneratively farmed barley. This single malt isn’t just made in Yorkshire; it is truly "Made of Yorkshire."

What is marrying strength? It is a term used frequently behind the scenes at the distillery. Sitting between cask strength (usually 57-60%) and the standard bottling strength (46%), marrying strength represents a specific point in the process. Before the final reduction, the whisky spends long periods at this strength to allow the liquid to harmonise through a gentle and controlled slow reduction.
