A small batch ‘secret’ Speyside (GL) 16-year-old Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2025 by indie bottlers Signatory for their 100-Proof Exceptional Cask series.

This Speyside (GL) 16-year-old came from a small batch of first fill Oloroso sherry hogsheads and was bottled without colouring or chill filtration at the 100-Proof equivalent strength of 57.1%. The standard Signatory secret Speyside GLs have been superb, and these Exceptional Cask batches are even better - these are as safe a bet as you can find for high strength sherried Speyside single malts.
