An old bottle of single cask Speyburn 2004 vintage Speyside single malt whisky, released by the distillery at full strength in 2018 without colouring or chill filtration.

This 2004 Speyburn came from Single Cask 263, a first fill ex-bourbon cask that yielded 222 bottles at its natural cask strength of 52.5%. The best of these modern bourbon casks from Speyburn show a more Highland-leaning side of Speyside single malt whisky, with heather, tweed and orchard fruit, hints of minerality and a pleasing old school herbiness alongside the vanilla from the bourbon casks.
