An 11-year-old Secret Speyside single malt whisky distilled in 2010 and bottled in late 2022 by North Star Spirits for the 21st batch of releases in their Cask Series.

We don't know too much about this whisky, but we do know that this North Star Secret Speyside 12-year-old was matured in an oloroso hogshead with an outturn of 342 bottles at a very palatable 43.7%.

North Star are usually bang on the money with these sherry bottlings, and this looks like a great value and quality dram.

Finish: Peppery sherry with walnuts.
