A Barbados sugar cane rum bottled by the Italian importers and independent bottlers Moon Import for their Remember range.

This Remember Barbados rum by Moon Import was distilled in a patent still aka column still, and was bottled at 45% without chill filtration as a limited edition of 408 bottles. Moon Import's main business is whisky, of course, but they've also been bottling excellent rums since the 1980s and this lovely pale gold Bajan tot should be a delight.
