Matured in refill hogsheads before at least ten years of finishing in a sherry hogshead with an outturn of just 199 bottles at 54.3%. This is a great example of finishing that really works. Soft sherry fruits well balanced with the cereal fatness of the distillate. A terrific Macallan.
