This has spent over 40 years maturing in the cask and has bonded well with the wood which has given it that vibrant dark appearance. As you would expect this has rich sherry character followed by sweet hints of fig, raisin and plum. The palate is smooth with fruit cake, hints of orange and clove all complemented by a charred oak edge.
