An old edition of Lagavulin 16-year-old Islay single malt whisky. This is an early Classic Malts edition from the mid-late 1990s when it still bore the 'White Horse Distillers' trademark.

This 1990s Lagavulin 16-year-old would have been distilled around the early 1980s, and as you'd expect these are generally stunning drams, with less sweetness and more depth, fire and edge than modern bottlings.
