Although there's no vintage or age statement for this Kilnaughton mystery Islay malt, we do know that it's been aged 'many years' in American oak before being finished in a Madeira cask, which should have added delicious sultana and toasted almond flavours to the expected phenolicity and yielded 312 bottles at a great drinking strength of 48.5%.
