Bottled at 49.1%, the cask recipe for this Small Batch Kilchoman is pretty interesting, with 70% of the spirit from ex-bourbon casks and 25% from a Sauternes dessert wine cask, plus a cheeky 5% dollop of sherried Kilchoman just for balance and an extra layer of complexity.
