Bringing back the lost art of Irish whiskey bonding is the Chapel Gate Irish Whiskey Company. Bottling under the name of J.J Corry this is their first bottling for the Gael Series and is a beautiful blend of 26, 15 and 11-year old single malts whiskies and 7-year-old grain whiskies.

The makeup of the Gael Batch one is
5% 26-year-old single malt
27.5% 15-year-old single malt
27.5% 11-year-old single malt
40% 7-year-old grain

It was bottled in 2017 at an abv of 46% with a yield of 7000 bottles.
