Blended Scotch Whisky 75cl / 43%

A very early variant of the famous J&B Jet. This particular no-age-statement version comes from the early conception of this historic bottle.

Launched in the late 1980s by Justerini & Brooks, J&B Jet was designed as a premium blended Scotch whisky for international luxury markets, characterised by its distinctive and iconic black bottle. Although a 12-year-old age-stated version was introduced later, it is believed that both versions utilised the same blend.

This expression features a blend of 32 whiskies (aged 12+ years). While the exact recipe is proprietary, the blend is known to be built around the same malts used in the standard J&B Rare blend, which are owned by Justerini & Brooks' parent company, Diageo. So the like of Auchroisk, Strathmill, Glen Spey with Knockando cited as the primary "heart malt".
