Highland Park 12-year-old is a mix of first fill and refill casks showing lip-smacking sherry influence, the distillery's classic heather-honey and a thread of gentle peatsmoke. This remains one of the great entry-level single malt whiskies, and is an essential step in any whisky-lover's journey into the single malt category.
