A very nice old bottle of Glenfiddich 15-year-old Solera Reserve, much-beloved by Glenfiddich fans and probably the best bang-for-your-buck dram from the distillery.

This Glenfiddich 15-year-old Solera is most likely from the early to mid 2000s, before the switch to clear glass bottles, and this was probably the best era for this bottling, with significantly greater weight on the palate and rich, sweet flavours and mouthfeel. An accessible, versatile dram, these early Glenfiddich Solera Reserve 15-year-olds are great all-rounders.
