A single cask Glenallachie 21-year-old Speyside single malt whisky bottled by independent bottlers Signatory Vintage in 2026 as part of their prestige Symington's Choice series. As a featured bottling in this series, the cask was personally selected by Signatory head Andrew Symington as one of his favourite casks.

This marks the third Glenallachie chosen by Andrew for his Symington's Choice label. For this release, he has selected a 1st fill Oloroso sherry butt (cask number 900273) originally filled in 2005. This cask has held up remarkably well producing 607 bottles at a natural cask strength of 60.2% without added colouring or chill filtration.
