The much-anticipated 2021 release of Glenallachie 18-year-old has finally dropped! Master Blender Billy Walker has upped the percentage of sherry casks for this batch, tempered with some American oak and virgin oak casks for balance.
The resulting whisky, selected from some of the tastiest casks in Glenallachie's vast maturing stock, is going to be highly sought-after, and with just 500 cases globally our allocation is unlikely to be enough for everyone who wants one - so don't hesitate if you want one of these.
