This 35cl half-bottle of 18-year-old Glen Quaich (Aberfeldy) 1975 came from single cask 3974, which was bottled in 1993 or 1994 at its surprisingly massive natural cask strength of 59.9%, also listed as 104.8 UK Imperial proof on the label.
