Tasting Notes
Nose: An initial combination of sweet toffee and floral rose fades into a decadent aroma of caramel chocolates.
Palate: Opens with a big hit of tannic intensity. Leather and wood combine creating a whisky of great stature which slowly starts to dissipate allowing sweeter elements to shine: toffee-drizzled figs, dark plum fruits and blackberries drizzled in cream.
Finish: A gentle profile of thick runny honey.
