The intriguingly-named Dalmunach Strawberries & Cream from Cooper's Choice. Dalmunach is a huge distillery built on the grounds of the old Imperial distillery by Chivas Brothers (Pernod Ricard) and began single malt production in 2015.
Bottlings of Dalmunach whisky have so far been pretty hard to come by, so this Cooper's Choice Dalmunach is a treat - it's also the first port-finished Dalmunach we've had, spending the final period of its maturation in a ruby port pipe after initial maturation in American oak.
Dalmunach Strawberries & Cream is a limited edition of 600 bottles and has been bottled without colouring or chill filtration at its hefty cask strength of 58%.
