A little late to the party with this Daftmill, but as the saying goes, better late than never.
We are pleased to announce the arrival of the latest small batch Daftmill, a 2012 vintage winter batch released earlier this year.
The whisky that makes up this bottling came from seven first-fill ex-bourbon barrels and five first-fill ex-Oloroso and PX hogsheads, all of which were filled on 25th December 2012. It was matured in the upper level of our dunnage warehouse until being bottled in February 2026.
As with all small batch Daftmill releases, this expression is bottled at 46% ABV without added colouring or chill filtration. This specific batch produced a total of 3,475 bottles.
