Now part of Diageo's expanded Classic Malts range, Clynelish 14-Year-Old was originally released in the late 1990s as part of the Hidden Malts series but the Clynelish distillery and brand has a long and storied history prior to that.

Present-day Clynelish 14-year-old has kept some of the distillery's historical waxiness, alongside plenty of Highland depth and spice, and this is one of Diageo's stable of distilleries that benefits most from being bottled at 46%, retaining an admirable oomph.
