This Spirit of Scotland 15-year-old Caol Ila 2010 was bottled by G&M without colouring or chill filtration from single cask 307585, a first fill sherry butt cask that yielded an impressive total of 613 bottles at a chunky natural cask strength of 57%. It's really great to see indie Caol Ila at this sort of age and sensibly priced.
