A 12-year-old Caol Ila 10-year-old bottled by Elixir Distillers for their Single Malts of Scotland Reserve Cask range.

Elixir's Reserve Casks are usually small batch bottlings - this Caol Ila came from an assemblage of five casks of Caol Ila's 2010 vintage vatted together by Oliver Chilton, and like its stablemates it's been bottled at a hearty drinking strength of 48% without colouring or chill filtration. This will be excellent stuff.
