An old bottle of single cask Caol Ila 2010 10-year-old Islay single malt whisky released by legendary indie bottlers Signatory Vintage in 2020 as part of their Cask Strength Collection series.

This is a splendid young 10-year-old Caol Ila 2010 bottled by Signatory from a refill sherry butt without colouring or chill filtration at its full cask strength of 58.2%. A recipe for success if ever we heard one, there were 638 bottles out-turned from the cask but they didn't last for too long on our shelves at the time.
