A single cask Caol Ila 2009 12-year-old Islay single malt whisky released in 2022 by indie bottlers Douglas Laing for their Old Particular series.

This Old Particular 10-year-old Caol Ila 2011 was bottled by Douglas Laing without colouring or chill filtration from single cask 15596, a refill hogshead cask that yielded 323 bottles at a hearty drinking strength of 48.4%, which is one of Douglas Laing’s preferred bottling strengths and is a close equivalent of 85 Proof in the old UK imperial measurements.

Please Note: This bottle is a part of a large batch of bin-ends we recently picked up at a great price, enabling us to pass on savings to our customers. However, only one or two bottles of each product were included in the parcel - so when they’re gone they’re gone!
