Cambus 1988-2019 | 30 Year Old Cadenhead's Single Cask
Lowland Single Malt Grain Whisky
Bottled by: Cadenhead's 70cl / 46.1%
A single cask Cambus 1988 30-year-old Lowland single grain whisky released by indie bottlers Cadenhead's in 2019 as part of their Cadenhead's Single Cask Series.
This 30-year-old Cambus 1988 was bottled without colouring or chill filtration from a single bourbon hogshead cask that yielded a nice round 300 bottles at an ideal natural cask strength of 46.1%. Cambus was closed by Diageo forerunners United Distillers in 1993, a few years after this whisky was distilled, and the distillery's single grain whiskies are getting pretty thin on the ground now, but this 30-year-old hoggie should be a very fine example.
