Fancypants wine merchants Berry Bros & Rudd gave their indie bottlings a major packaging upgrade in late 2021, with a handsome new short-necked bottle and new logo based on their Playschool-esque arch windows.

This is Berry Bros' excellent Speyside Reserve blended malt, made with a mix of unspecified Speyside single malt whiskies and bottled at an easy-drinking 44.2%. A delicious and versatile session dram at a great price.

The bouquet has notes of honeyed fruit, citrus and soft wood; the palate is creamy and rounded, with a softly fruity mid-ling finish.
